the way you hold your racket

    how do you hold your racket. on the bottom, on the top, in the middle. do you hold your racket differently (middle,back,at the net)

    usually in the middle, you cant generate power if you hold it at the top, if you wanna get power you hold it at the bottom but you can really control well and it might slip... i mean we dont wanna see our precious racket fly right?

    Long grips (held towards the butt of the handle) SHOULD be used in the rearcourt. Long grips allow you to play more powerful strokes.

    Short grips (held towards the cone) MAY be used in the forecourt and midcourt; short grips make the racket more maneuverable and improve your control.
