String tension
I'm using Yonex BG68 Ti string with tension of 25 lbs. Is this tension optimal for power in smash? Do i need to change to other string or changed the tension value to generate more power in my smash? Thanks.

There are quite a lot of threads about this already you'll get a lot of good reading material if you do a search on the word tension.
Basically there is no general ideal tension as it changes from person to person. To me, 25lbs is quite high and if you're new to the game you might struggle. I think Yonex rackets are factory strung at 22 lbs. Read the threads about tension and then see if you can borow rackets from friends at different tensions to see which is best for you

i think this belongs in the string / equipment thread? move it?
or just close it and look at the string forum's stickies.
Basically 22-23 is ideal for most people but will be different for some.

Try it and see if you like the performance. If so, that's it. If not, try other combos, and find your best solution.
