I am looking for a racket which has similar characteristics as the good old Aerotus 110. Not sure if AT700 is a good choice.

I assume that the AR110 was more of a headlight and defensive racket according to the Yonex Charts. I have no information regarding the stiffness of the shaft nor did I played with any Aerotus but I think you should consider the MP-88 and NS6000 as an alternative as both are headlight too.

AT700 would be completely the opposite being the most head heavy racket made by Yonex

Give NS7K a try, you just might like it.

I always think AR110 is reasonably head heavy, at least the old version. I know that they still sell the Aerotus 100 in Japan, just wonder if you can buy it in Hong Kong though.
