Can Tommy Sugiarto beat Lu Qicheng tomorrow? The Chinese player had beaten Tommy last week.

I hope both Tommy Sugiarto and Nitya Krishinda/Pia Zebadiah perform their best! Both have somewhat fulfilled their seedings by reaching the semi-finals. I think both will lose tomorrow, but, Tommy has a better chance of winning the match against Lu Qicheng.

Nitya Krishinda/Pia Zebadiah was unseeded but they got good draw.
BWF/IBF didn't have junior ranking, I feel very strange with some seeded players in this tournament.

This was mentioned in the BWF website. Originally, Tommy Sugiarto and Saina Nehwal were the top seeds in BS and GS. Then, they had redraws for every events.

Indeed, I had originally predicted in my earlier post that Nitya/Pia have better draws than the 3/4 seed Lily/Dili. That's why they manage to progress this far.

Unfortunately, Mohd Arif Latif/Vountus Indra Mawan have lost to another Korean pair Kim Ki Jung/Lee Jung Hwan in rubber-sets 14-21, 25-23, 17-21. The home pair will face Liu Xiaolong/Li Tian tomorrow. However, Malaysia still has a representative in BD as Lim Khim Wah/Mak Hee Chun have progressed after a straight set victory over an Indian pair. They have the daunting task of beating the top seed Lee Yong Dae/Cho Gun Woo in the semi-final tomorrow.
