yea there's plenty of videos to download...just check the tournament video sharing section and look for people who upload training videos

Here is the link to alot of great video on badminton training technique: http://www.badmintonworld.org/bbs/index.asp?boardid=9 I highly recommend you download this series,"《学打羽毛球》CCTV-45集教学片 learn badminton by CCTV". It covers all the basics techniques. Still remember the famous China female badminton player in the 80's, Li Lingwei (李玲蔚). She had 3 video series too. Also if you can read Chinese, check out the post because there are alot of articles on techniques, such how to improve wrist power, how to smash, how to defend, etc. Great site! You may need to join the membership...and it's free. Hopefully this help and enjoy the download... It may take a while but it's worth it if you want "free online coaching". Have fun!
If you have a digicam you could make a video from you... Record some strokes, make a short video and upload it to Sendspace, Rapidshare or something like that... I think I could help you or some other people could help you and give you some tips...
