Jiu Zhai Gou is located in Sichuan Province in Mainland China. We flied to Chengdu, and then bus for 10 hours to get there. Actually, there is 1-hour flight from Chengdu to Jiu Zhai Gou available, but only 1 flight per day that we couldn’t catch it. If you want to visit this beautiful land, late Oct/ early Nov is the best season to go, you will be excited by the colorful leaves and mirror-like pond. There would be very crowded by 60,000 visitors in that period.

Thanks for that AChan. If (when!) I go to China, I'll put Jiu Zhai Gou on my list.

Very nice pics, Ekinox0621. Quite different from the usual fare, and it works well.

...nice stuff, Ekinox06210..did you do a bit of touch up for the images, cos the place, at least to me, looks like it's in a war-zone(orange-ish color)??..

yes! i did some posttreatments on the pictures, but not too much !
the orange lightning is because we use sodium lights in the streets, and the color is orange

héhé ! I'll be happy to welcome you here, and maybe play badminton with you !
so... I just have my fisheye lens since last week, so I did not had time to make badminton pics with it...
I'll go on a tournament next week, maybe I'll try ! but I' think I prefer my 70-200 f2.8 for sports pics

Ekinox, I like your pics, too. Is 8mm a very small camera?
