    if ur using streamyx, can blame it. It has some issues with smugmug after the taiwan earthquake

    that's strange, i'm actually in london so not using streamyx.
    i'm able to see the rest of the pictures fine though, hmmmm, i wonder if i'm the only one.

    I guess that tripod collar of his zoom was detached on purpose! it's a hand-held lens!

    I find its easier to hand hold the lens if i still have the tripod mount still attached to my 70-200..plus it looks so much cooler

    It's interesting that most of the photojournalists in hk had detached that tripod mount from their lenses. I m one of them and I feel more comfortable without it. Indeed, it's more lighter that way!
