it might be grass. but maybe it is something else. usually the target board is made of packed hay. well at least in malaysia they do. and the packed hay is covered with a plastic sheet. here in malaysia it is mostly light blue in colour. i think that green background is also a plastic sheet covering the packed hay. but then again, i could be wrong.

Even more of them on the field today.

People start concerning as 1. they dig up the grass/field for food 2. their waste spread all over the field 3. their waste contain seeds of unknown species plants (which could be harmful locally) from the places they come from.
