It should be Choong Tan Fook.

For men's singles : Lee Chong Wei

For men's doubles : Koo Kien Kiet / Chan Chong Ming

Strong contenders will be : Fu/Cai and Lee / Choong for me

As for the others i agree with him but i also think Koo/Wong are also strong contenders for the Mixed doubles.

Don't quite understand why LD is not listed even as the contenders, if he is going to Doha.

Seems that after the poor performance in WC, Malaysians have put more pressure on LCW. LCW is assigned the mission to grasp a gold medal in Doha for himself, his coach, the whole team, and the nation. That's too heavy for him.
If LCW is told "you must win" even before the game starts, he probably will lose.
If we want to see him perform well, then do not press him too much.

The gold medal target from Malaysia should be set base on the Men's team events or MD and not from LCW.

    My prediction:

    For the men singles team

    Champion: China

Strong Contender: Korea/ Malaysia and Indonesia

I chose china mainly becoz they have the strongest player in the world such as Bao, Xia, Chen Jin, Lin and Chen Hong and Cai and Fu.

But this does not mean that they are the unbeatable team since taufikit, lee chong wei, chon tan fook/ lee wan wah, chandra/ sigit, lee hyun ill is the same world as to them. So i guess let's see hu will win this time..

    For the women's single team:

    Champion: China

    Strong Contender: Korea

But i guess it would be so hard for korea to create an upset since china seems to be on their way for retaining their cup..
