    My points of view of top 5 outstanding player (in and out)of all time- meaning has been successful in badminton accomplishments as well as good inside.. (my points of view only)

    Men's Singles:

    Most of the slections I agree with but how about taking out Chen Jin and putting in Peter Rasmussen. I mean, he is also completeing his doctoral studies when he won the WC and European Championships. that is quite a lot to handle at the same time. Also, he is now a manager for the badminton players federation so he has put a lot of time into badminton and promoting it.

    IMHO, raising a family trumps PhD thesis or holding a 2nd job anytime... that makes Peter Gade no.1 for me :)

    I think Gao/Huang is better than Ra/ Lee.

    Storkbill, Peter Rasmussen has a one year old son named Oscar. So we can infer that he has a wife or a girlfriend so that theory does not hold water

    hmm...
    i never met some of the players listed above ...
    but there is 1 guy, he is TOTALLY GREAT!!!
    Choong Hann is truely inner great, and of course he is outer great too!!!
    I think for those who met Choong Hann before wont disagree with me ...?!
    And i would like to vote for Lee Wan Wah too..
    hehe....he is the player that i like the most.
    Haha..he is nice to his fains too............
