Im having some pain on my right foot where the foot meets the legs (about the same level as the ankle but all around). It especailly hurts when I lunge, but mostly on the outside part of the foot. At first it didnt hurt all that much but now its hurting all the time even when im not playing. When I play it doesnt hurt tho, only when the rally is over. When i streach my hamstrings the back of it hurts (kinda where the achilles tendon is but i dont think its that). I am going to see a doctor (tomorrow acctually) but i was just wondering if this is a common accurence in badminton. I've been told it might just be a stress pain but I dont. I know i should lay off the badminton for a bit but thats not really an option for me at this time because im trying out for the Canada winter games in febuary 07. And the coaches said if our injured you cant tryout, so im like sweet :p.
