Hey, I just got my Yonex Isometric TI-SP (SR). The serial number has a TH on it, so where is it from? But then if it is from Thailand, how come it doesn't say SP right after the name and there is no PBSI logo. Could this be another new batch of fake imitated Yonex racquets that contain serial numbers? :)

oicic.......thnx for clearing up. I was already doubting it was a fake because the butt cap was so clean and the Ti mesh was real. I bought it for 150CDN, not sure how much that is in baht. And also, TW is for Taiwan if I can remember. :)

I saw a few of them and I'm sure they're real. But if you bought it Canada, I doubt if these racquets carry any warranty.

There is a 6 month warranty on Yonex racquets sold in Canada. Mike, you're not from Canada so you don't know. Get your facts straight before you post. Unless you buy from racquet doctor. :) Is he still in the country? :)

I think he is still in the country......uhh.......Jenna......u know kwun was really mad when we talked about RD so I think we should leave him out of the topic.... :)
Anyways, Jenna is right, all Yonex racquets sold by an authorized retailer includes a full six month warranty. But in my case, I bought it cheaper from some guy. :)

    Getting facts straight

An additional fact to consider, Jenna: if Yonex warranties a racquet under its normal warranty policy, it needs to be a racquet designated for the particular country where it was purchased. Yonex doesn't allow its "authorized" dealers in country A to sell racquets at a discount that are designated for country B, when the country has racquets specifically intended for and serial-marked for country A. Mike is thus correct that there would be no manufacturer's warranty on a TH racquet sold in Canada.

As far as I know TH racquets don't have a PBSI logo...

    Its Genuine

I bought an MP55 from Thailand that has no PBSI logo and no SP. It has a TH after the serial number. I bought it from the Yonex shop in the World Trade Centre.

Do you mean brought to Canada? If that is so, that is what I mean becuase I didn't know what you were trying to type out. If that wasn't it, ignore!

    Jenna READ!!

I think Mike did a typo. I think he actaully means, buying it from Thailand and bringing it into Canada; therefore the warranty is useless becuase Yonex Canada will not deal with rackets which are not distributed in Canada. However, if you ship the racket back to where it came from, it will regain back it's warrenty where ever it came from.

I live in Canada myself too =0

Actaully Mike did do a typo mistake which might of gotten Jenna to read the post out of context.

He typed bought, not brought. - this actaully threw me off too but then I figured it out. <- it that what Mike really wanted to say.
