Hi Guys, I started playing badminton again after a couple of sedentary years. Initially, I had trouble getting my breathing under control. With a lot of cycling exercise, that problem now seems solved. Strangely, after a some intense singles rallies or a tough carido workout, I get abdominal (stomach) pain. It feels like there is black hole in my stomach creating a vacuum. I assume this isn't an injury since I competely recover after a few minutes of rest. Any ideas what could be causing this? more importantly, what I could do to prevent this? "Duh! become more fit" could be a perfectly reasonable answer. But I wanted to check if anyone else has experienced this. Cheers, Aravind
One men I play with has similar symptoms after playing intense singles with me. He hasn't found a cure yet.
