I am going to buy from here for the first time...so does anyone have any negative comments about this shop or if this shop will be okay? Do they mark the product as gift? (so there are no customs?) I want to buy some birdies (yonex mavis 300) as you can see they are very cheap (only $7)...makes me wonder if they are fake or counterfeits? does anyone know if they are yonex certified or if anyone has recieved a fake product from them? Thank you for all of your help in advance!

I am not sure if it's OK for them to send to Canada (as they are a US dealer), but from my past 5+ experiences with them, everything was fine and shipping was fast.

PS: SDBS is one of the largest Yonex-USA dealers in the US.

Do a search, they have a history of shipping wrong products and not answering emails....

About the email thing, I finally figure things out few months ago. That is, they probably have an outgoing email account and a inbound email account. So, I normally would get a reply if I send the email to sunny's email account rather than mike's email account.
(I guess sunny is the clerk of the store? Mike is the owner that I know.)

In general, they are reputable US dealer, never heard that they carry fake Yonex. The Mavis 300 you want to buy, I believe that's 6 shuttles (half dozen) per tube package. Therefore, if you normally use 12 shuttles tube, you might need to multiple the price by 2.

How much do they charge to ship to Canada? Once you figure in the shipping, you might find that they're not too cheap anymore, unless you're planning to buy several dozen tubes.
