    Hello,

I've been playing for 2+ years so far. I had a low end Yonex ISO 23 2U to play with. I have all the basic skills and can do mostly everything but I havn't received any coaching yet. I'm 13 (I'm in high school) and probably going to get a coach soon.

I usually play singles and rely on birdie placement or using my endurance to tire the opponent. Many times I smash when I see a nice opportunity.

I tried an AT 800 OF from a friend but I felt the head heaviness was a bit too much. I also tried a NS 9K and 8K and both felt it was too light and had no power.

I prefer a Yonex racket (2U-4U) because my friend is going to HK and going to buy me one. I don't want a very head racket and I prefer even balanced. I don't really want an expensive racket because I'm afraid I'm going to have some racket clashes or chips. :p

    Any racket suggestions for me?

(don't mind my English, I think it's very bad)

PS: does anyones know any stores where I can demo rackets in Toronto?

demo rackets in Toronto at Yo's and at Lee's.

From your description, AT 800 DE sounds like the racket for you!

Its slightly head heavy, medium flex and it has great power/quickness.

Perhaps one the best racket in the Yonex series.

Only problem is its near 300 canadian with strings.

durability shouldn't be a problem though.

Thanks for your quick reply manduki

For demoing rackets at Lee's and Yo's do you have to pay to demo? and do they have many rackets to choose from?

I'm also thinking about Carbonex 20 SP, 20 MS, 23, and 30 MS. Would these fit me at all?
