Eagnas Easy-3 Question
Hi,
I am wondering if the Eagnas Easy-3's swivel clamp has a spring-assisted base like the ones in the more expensive models (Eagnas Combo 910, Alpha Axis Pro). Looking at the pictures on the Eagnas website, the swivel clamp base looks similar (not identical) to the other spring-assisted bases but their website does not state specifically that it is spring-assisted. This feature is important to me since I hear it saves a lot of time.

I'd also like to know if the K-shaped supports (like the ones on the Combo 910) will work well with badminton rackets (I string up to 28 pounds). Thanks!

I got one but I am not sure what you mean by spring assisted...

Russki Bear: Spring assisted swivel clamps allows the clamp to be lock and unlock with a minimal turn of the lever. Usually a 1/8th turn is all it takes to lock and unlock. You can see the feature in action in this link: http://www.eagnas.com/maxgen1/c38swb.html
If you can confirm this, please reply back
I do remember DinkAlot owning an Eagnas 940 which uses the K-shape mounts and it can tension upto 29lbs according to his stringing video: http://www.badmintoncentral.com/foru...ad.php?t=37341I'd also like to know if the K-shaped supports (like the ones on the Combo 910) will work well with badminton rackets (I string up to 28 pounds).

29/32 on 9000-S # 1
30/33 on 9000-S # 2
31/34 on 9000-X
She tried the X first and after a few matches said the string was way too tight. I told it would drop a few pounds real soon or break.

Definitely not string assisted. I wish it was now, but it does it's job.
