    Default Gluteous Medious Stretch?

Is there anyway to stretch this muscle other than just leaning one shoulder to ankle? Its not very effective. Its the muscle at the low back just above the gluteous maximus.

lie on your back, pull a knee into your chest and slight in.

another one is to lie on your back and bring your one leg across your body.

Straight leg raises also work, though you need a table to rest your foot on.

Yep, this is the best one IMHO, and hold the position for about 30-60 seconds once you pull your knee in. Release and repeat a few times.

I feel that one lower in the maximus. This is like in a really small portion of a muscle in the lower back / upper gluets. Like find the pelvic bone in ur back and move down until u hit muscle.
