Either it was due to insufficient warm-up or over-exhaustion.:(
I am getting a sharp pain when I lift my arm,
I get the sharp pain even when I reach out my pant's back pocket to retrieve my wallet.:crying:

    Anybuddy has encountered similiar injuries?
Do I need to see a doctor or I just need plenty of rest.

    Possible rotator cuff injury.

Stop playing, avoid aggravating activities, and see a doctor.

Serious, don't mess around, go see a Specialist and/or Doctor immediately.
