Either it was due to insufficient warm-up or over-exhaustion. I am getting a sharp pain when I lift my arm, I get the sharp pain even when I reach out my pant's back pocket to retrieve my wallet.:crying: Anybuddy has encountered similiar injuries? Do I need to see a doctor or I just need plenty of rest.
Wa loh, Sounds quite serious leh...you better stop playing for awhile and take a rest...must be your new toy's fault, play with it very shiok so no control issit? So how's you smashing over the weakend, did it sound and look good?
No leh, it sucked badly...thats why I had to overstrain to make sure the problem lies with IT not with me. haha, i guess its the wrong tension.
