Wondering where to get the following Racket? Carlton AirBlade Ti Rasmussen I saw a seller on ebay selling them based in the UK....... Has anyone had any dealing with them? Is there a better place to buy a Carlton? I am From Australia and can't get this racket here. Thanks in advance. David
UK is usually quite expensive place for Carlton racquets (and other brands), but you can often get them cheap on ebay from UK sellers. They are usually cheaper from mainland European shops though. www.comido.de used to sell a lot of Carlton racqets through ebay at good prices. I don't know if they still do.
Gee that was quick! Cheers neil i will check them out. Racket world UK is a ebay seller and their prices almost seem too cheap to be true.....compared to what i would pay here. Although alot of models and brands i cannot get within Aust. Very hesitant when buying over the net. Thanks Mate. Ohh just checked out that site......not sure if they sell rackets....or i can't find it being in another language, lol.
I think Racketworld is where one of my friends got some Browning racquets from. Browning Stealth CTi and Browning OxyLite Ti80. They were very cheap, and I've strung them up to 28lb for him also. So they are probably trustworthy. I think Racketworld also exaggerate the RRP to make their discounted price look very good. Racketworld are saying the RRP is 110.00 and that is really over the top. CentralSports are currently selling the Carlton Powerblade Titanium at 34.99 and quote the RRP as 50.00 The Airblade Rasmussen Titanium wouldn't be much different to that. All the Carlton racquets are made in China so the actual cost is quite low. Even so, the 24.99 that Racketworld are asking is proabably the best you'll see in the UK for a brand new racquet.
Just had a look myself. I can't find any racquets in their racquet section either goto sitemap => Tipps/badminton => rackets It's probably over a year since I had a look on their site
Click 'Shop' on the left hand menu, then click the link that comes up on the page, then click 'Badminton' on the left hand menu, then finally click 'Rackets'
i've bought a total of 3 carlton airblade superlites from racketworld over a period of half a year. their stuff is real. but that was when their prices were a lot lower than what they are now...
Cool thats good to know they are legit Thanks Carlton are expensive over here. A $200Aud carlton here is sold in Racket word Uk for around 35-40 pounds or so, which i think works out at around $120-130Aud which is a considerable saving. Cheers
