my left back muscle hurts a bit probably from badminton because of the twisting motion. It doesn't hurt too much i'll rank it 2 out of 10 for the amount of pain. SHould i just add ice or.... please give tips

you should really stop playing at the sign of any pain as you'll aggrevate it the more you play on it, rest, ice, and maybe a good massage - also a heat bag will help it too, just rest and try to not play on it

Hey, racketman, are you advertising that stuff? Seems like you post that everywhere. But anyways, back to the subject, yeah, I'd stretch it out afterwards, get ice on it for a while (not sure how long exactly), then get heat, like say, a hot shower? But stretching and resting are very important. If pain persists, you should try taking a short break (few days) from playing.
