Anyone know a store (preferably retatil in Ontario, but online orders will do too) with the SOTX Woven 9/9A in stock? ibuysports has it, but it's out of stock. RsM has it too, but Montreal is kind of far from Southern Ontario, and their price is slightly inflated as well.

    Anywhere else I'm missing?

    Not trying to take side.

However, the concept is, badminton stuff is generally more expensive in CD than in US (might due to higher import tax, etc). Therefore, compare 1 region's price with another, is not fair to begin with  . From what I see, RsM has reasonable price, when compare to CD market. ;)

LazyBuddy: Although it may be unfair that I'm comparing one regions price to another, ibuysports still gives free shipping to Canada, and has the racquet at a lower price. As all I really want is the lowest price, and I'll have to add to $$ for S&H at RsM as well, it seems that the "inflated" comment was necessary.

However, I do agree with your general point - and yes, RsM's price is fairly reasonable when compared to other Canadian vendors.

Brick and Mortar stores in Southern Ontario (GTA...?) would still be nice though, even if I have to pay a bit extra. Being able to see the racquet that I'm going to buy is a (small) premium I'm willing to pay.

Puppysports has good deals on rackets, although not so much so on SOTX. http://www.puppysports.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=detail&id=18221&product=808

They'll string it with BG-80 of your color and tension choice for under 5 bucks though, that's a deal. =) Only thing that sucks for you Canadians are those ridiculous duties they charge. Oh, and their S&H charge shows up when you click "check out" and select it from a drop-down menu.

As a matter of fact, I'm contemplating buying shuttles from them. 30 tubes of RSL No. 1 + shipping to US comes out to $13.56 per tube - not bad.

Bingo - you are right on the point.

All the possible duty, shipping, warranty, etc issues should be taken into consideration, when we try to shop from another region. The eye catching price tag is attractive, but you might need to pay quite a bit more, when you really make the purchase.
