    Hi alll, I have a Armortec 500

    3U G4

Right now i stringed it at bg-68ti (forgot tension, i think it was the average one, cause he asked me and i said the recommended tension)

anyways, i have a bg 68ti on it, and i really dont feel that "awesome" power everybody has been chattering about.

Originally i heard, that BG-68TI was to have a crisp hitting sound (wich i noticed) but also comes with a punch of power/repulsion.

Ok, for the first week or 3 , there was very strong power , but thats like every string. New=powerful.

But after the 3 weeks, the string didint break or anything, but it feels (not as powerful, not no power, but less in power as to what i was expecting)

    Should i switch over to BG 80 / 85

Ive been hearing that they have the power matched up to 68ti and some believe that it even out runs 68ti.

So anybody has recommendations towards what i want.

    Im looking for

    1.) Power
2.) Feel /sound- Control (both 2nd in priority)
    3.) Durability

and i dont really care about durability.

"hopefully" it lasts at its awesome performance for at LEAST 2 months.

If it lasts for like 3 weeks, then ok, il play durability 2nd.

But yeah, at first i thought that

bG 68TItanium had low durability, nice feel, nice sound and Extreme power.

but maybe, 80 or 85 fits better.

And for my final question .
Does anyone know what variety of Colours are there

    for 68Titanium / 80 /85

i know that 65 has so many nice colours, (ex; light blue one)

but 65 does suck, so yeah......

    thanks buds.

if you are looking for power and decent durability, go for bg80.

exact same feeling about 68ti, power for 3 weeks, then it becomes dead... really dead.

BG80 is the best string to me, I still have great sound, nice impact, smash, stuffs Lol after 2 months. I guess my friend's BG68Ti's dont sound good after like a month. I just hate playing with rackets strung with bg68ti. you guys are right :D

    "AT LEAST" 2 months?
I hoenstly have to say every string lsoes a gerat deal of performance in 1-1,5months...unless it's a very good stringer, of low tensions...

But, however, the bets suiting is bg80. wich (in my mind) performs better than 68ti, lasts longer and stays 'good' longer..
    try it out..

    Thanks

    Thanks alot guys :)

    I think I am going for BG-80

although they said the surface is more rough as to bg-68TI

so i gues a smoother surface is better for slicing?

    maybe.. maybe not?

and would bg-85 be a better choice then bg-80? or shall i stablize it to just bg-80?

thanks you guys, its alot of help to me.

in term of control bg-85 better than bg-80, but bg-85 dont hold the tension so well, so my advice try bg-80, cause u'll get a lot of bang sound and longer dwelling time

A rougher surface aids in control. you can really feel you grip the shuttle...so slicing is betetr with rough strings...
