Wonder if anyone know if any top 10 players will come here. this year and last year the top seed was Sairul Amar Ayob who is currently ranked #13 as next year will be qualifying round for the olympics hope there are some top 10 players....:D

So is it definitely confirmed that this is 3*? I really hope so. And I'd love it if a couple of top players came along, as we actually got some pretty good TV coverage of the tournament last year so the same may happen again!

Since this is an Olympic qualification year, I expect many top names will go to NZ Open to improve their rankings...

They only showed the finals but it was great to have some Badminton on for a change :). Don't miss it this year, it's funny listening to the commentators sometimes. The guy last year didn't have a clue what he was talking about :D.

I'm not entirely sure, but I think the tournament is being shifted to May and will be called the KLRC NZ Open

You can call up Auckland Badminton, or just get them on location.
