Fake NS9000
Does anyone have experience buying from vikingreich on eBay? He/She sells many NS 9000's on eBay. I personally believe that those sell counterfeits should be identified and punished. I also believe that those who sell real ones should be promoted.
Other than the serial numbers and visually check the paint qualities, is there a better way to identify if the racket is counterfeit? Has anyone try calling Yonex on this issue?
Has anyone buy from this guy?

Is it a counterfeit?
Thanks.

It's counterfeit. There was a post which had the exact same picture which Cooler also mentioned fake as well.

I'm leaning more towards genuine, statistics looks good, and the feedback he has received from selling badminton racquets are positive.

if you think you can get a genuine NEW NS9000 for US$36, I got some Nigerians who would like to discuss lucrative business deals with you.

As mentioned in the forums - Feedback/rating is not a method to determine if a seller is selling counterfeit or genuine rackets. One reason is because a seller can have 100% and selling fakes. If you do some research on the other threads, you will find additional information.

i think this racket sell for 110 in thailand. So if you are getting this for under 90, it is fake. just common sense.

I don't beleive that's a fake.
The best way to determine if Yonex rackets are fake is if the letters aren't very bold. Real Yonex: Yonex Fake Yonex: Yonex.
It's quite easy to see the difference if you have another one from a well known website to compare it to.
Nice racket and good deal by the way.

Hmm...
IT's pretty hard to tell, but i think it's a fake
It might NOT be a fake (low chance) because of the CH version
Other than that... I think it's fake.

What can we do if we've got a fake one? eBay requires that we provide an official statement stating that it's a counterfeit before they can take any action. But Yonex does not provide such document.

Colin72 and Andone,
The NS9K is counterfeit and it was already determined a while back. To be exact, the orignal post is here.
It's easy to tell if it's counterfeit in with the key pictures. It takes a blink of an eye.Last edited by Matt; 11-26-2006 at 02:30 PM.
