Ashaway strings
Which Ashaway string are you referring to? It would be useful if you were more specific. My experience with Ashaway MP is it holds tension above average and certainly better than BG65. I strung it at 25-26lb. This is consistent with Sir Dink's opinion.
I had another Ashaway string (can't remember if it's Flex 21 or Rally) at 22lb and it didn't hold tension as well but lasts more than 1 year and I still can use as spare racket.

Any string that is not listed, I have either not tried it at all or did not try it enough to form an opinion.

Ooops! You are right about the PG66.
I'll change it tomorrow...
All the strings were tested on my SOTX Woven 7 or Woven 11 at about 26/28.5lbs. or thereabouts. Now my go to racket is a Cab 20 Tour. I will post this information as well tomorrow...
How I grade strings: I have to play with at least 3 sets of the same string for over a period of 2-4 weeks (there are a few exceptions such as NBG95). I compare the string with my benchmark string, BG80. I alternate rackets practicing a variety of shots in practice mostly and also during the game. I may train and hit 50 of the same shots with the string and switch to my racket with BG80.
Durability is based on clean breaks, mishits don't count.

I would love to test the other strings not listed in my review and would pay for them. The problem is finding a store that has all the strings I need so I could buy them in one fell swoop.

OK, next time we meet up, please prepare 3 sets of every string you can think of (and have) and tell me how much I owe you.

I will be updating this tomorrow. And since the NGP (Nice, Gentle Panda) has rested, I will remove the panda background so you all can more easily view.
