    She seems very quiet and understated (I mean in a nice wy). It was a short interview doesn't tell you much.

    how did tania gain a place in the olympics? i thought players selected are based on the world ranking?

    hmm.. i guess they rank #1 for Oceania(Australia,New Zealand), thats made them to have an honour to represent Australia in Olympic

    ..Olympic rules also states that there shall be a representative from each continent/region (no matter where they are ranked in the world ranking)...

    Um, she's quite pretty for someone with a black-belt in karate ;)
    (Wonder if she smashes really hard and with a fierce "ki-ai"?)

    People get into badminton for a variety of reasons but it doesn't come better or more original than Tania Luiz's reason: "She took up badminton after breaking her brother's finger" :D
