Most of the Filipinos here play basketball ... you can try to ask around at the FAS (Filipino Association of Singapore) - they might have some players or tournaments.
yeah you could see quite a number of serious Filipino basketball players at School of Physical Education (SPE) sports hall during the weekend. believe one BC spore member 'aquaboi' is a Filipino. perhaps u could send a PM to him and check with him.

its actually at bishan, check out the north int-adv group thread, if onyle the circle line mrt is finished, u can get a direct mrt ride there, nearest mrt is bishan station.
