Colors and Logos
] I have only tried black, white and flourescent yellow....right now I have white Pacific strings from Pacific store in PJ...I think when I get my new racket I am gonna string it blue...a color I always wanted but never found...
on the side note...do those stencil kit do any damage to the strings? I mean the ink going on it etc?
When I was in highschool I used to use regular marker pens and customized my own logos...

Just out of curosity, what happen if your opponent is colourblind? Can a different colour string take advantages of that fact?

let me go a bit further....i have a Ti10 and the proace thunderbolt II. both rackets are with the red, black and white/silver colour schemes. I limit myself to rackets with these colour schemes only cos they look best with black strings!!!!
nothing but black...looks cool adn agressive. i use to think that white is more tatical since shutter will look invisible against the white. but i have tried to observe theshutter against white and black strings....can never see the difference...the point of contact is too fast and short to be able to see aything. when i bought e ti10 it came with white string. cut it and change to black.
cannot play nevermind. look good can liao
just curious...how many of you do constantly look at you racket and point of contact? i realised after reading this thread that i don usauly look at the racket. only look at the bird when hitting thus the black don bother me

What is your favourite string colour?
Well, for me personally i use white, simple and pure, I used to like bright colours though, like yellow,blue,green..

I always string my racket the same color as the racket itself, of course I have many rackets so it's not like I just get stuck with like 2 colors all the time haha.

It depends on the racquets:
Ti-10 black BG65-Ti
MP-77 white BG65-Ti
Victor Artery Ti99 purple BG65-Ti

Preferably yellow for mp99, but i also use blue and white.
Also, the grip must match the strings. Lol.

i used to think that colour didn't matter... until i saw the colours of the strings that my coach used to string my racquet....
i didn't even know strings came in that colour... but then again, i've never used non yonex strings....
usually, i like black... mainly beacuse it is easiest to see where and approximately when the strings will break....

either translucent white (natural gut) or flourescent yellow (BG80)

White. Unfortunately, I seem to have a hard time acquiring BG-85s in that colour. Everywhere I look it's that damnable lavender. I currently have about 1 1/2 dozen packets of them and only a handful of whites.

i like to do the grip and string matching style....like for my MP 99 i used blue strings and blue grip , but i do have some trouble finding strings and brip that match my MP 44 (old turquiose version)... i tried blue strings and grip already doesn't really work...maybe i should try red? orange??

No no to cab30MS and yellow
Recently, just today, bought a cab 30MS with yellow BG65 strings and I should have known... As you know the racket is black and silver and definitely yellow is not a choice. From my experience silver (if available... not seen much in US) or black or even universal white strings would be a good option. Any other color would be gaudy, esp. neon colors.
I shouldn't be saying this, but I can't wait for my strings to break

I mostly like Black, Red or Purple

My choices in order of preference:

In the UK we can only get white strings. So i don't care what colour as long as its NOT white, but i do prefer it to go with the racquet

because if i see lavender strings on my racquet, it means BG85
