well the local time in doha is 15:06 ( 3:06 pm) and the finals will start at 16:00 ( 4 pm) local time, so it will start in 45 minutes "everywhere"

guang dong sport , cctv5 , shang hai sport ...... which the online channel all ialready check ,all is showing same (football in same match)
