Stiffness :- measure the amount of bend on the shaft.
Torsion / Twisting Angle is the amount of angle the shaft twist when a rotational force apply to axis of the shaft.
Basically the set up is like
Fix the frame horizontally, a rotating arm is clamped on the handle. Apply a rotational force(weight 2kg) on the axis of the handle. But I forgot the radius of the rotating arm. So the angle the arm twist determine the twisting/torsion of the racket....

I would not recommend the Lethal 70 for a beginner or intermediate player.unless they want to injure themselves and retire after 2 years of playing They will be better with a medium-stiff - racket

hi guys another apacs newbie here,
i've had a edgesaber 10(26 ibs) and 9(24 ibs) (for my gf) for few mths alrdy .. also bought from ebay racket sports. both rackets feels sweet..
jz that for the edgesaber 10 u have to hit right at the centre (sweet spot) to generate enough power .. both the es 9 and 10 are using Apacs Ti Spider 66
Last week i jz bought the 2 edgesaber z spark with diff tension at 23 and 25 both using bg 66.
when i try it out , im pretty surprise that the racket lacks power.. i need to swing very fast in order to generate enough power for my smashes..compared to my prev es9 and 10. i feel that the z spark is less solid upon impact like as if there is a crispy sound..
today i will be trying these rackets again ^^ hopefully i'll get use to itLast edited by hbk126; 02-21-2010 at 11:42 PM.

krzy, if u have been playing for only one year it is unlikely that you have already acquired the necessary technique and power [no offence meant] to handle a lethal 70 and get the best out of it especially if u plan tp play at 26lbs. just bear in mind that higher tension does not mean better. which racket have u been using up to now??
nano 900 power white would be a good bet [IMO], using bg80 @ 26lbs.
currently using nano 900 white @ 26lbs nbg 95. if compared to my letahl 70 i would rate power 9/10. and i find control better with my nano 900 white.
hope this helps you.

maybe he's really talented hahahahaha
control is good with nano900. i'm using the red version though
but lack a bit of smashing power..not head heavy enough
strung BG66 @ 26lbs
however, i think that my n900pr is off spec
compared to my friend's white, his is slightly heavier, both the feel of the racket and the head
both 4u and he's using a thicker grip
btw, planned to change to BG80 @ 27lbs
will upgrade to an on spec L70
jockey, what's the max tension stated on your n900p?
