max tension stated on n900p white is 28lbs.

This is my personal anecdote from my experience with APACS. Their own rackets are top notch, while their clones play differently from the originals. That being said, I am mostly a singles player, though I do play doubles very often because places I play at don't have too many courts.
If you are aiming for an APACS racket, I would recommend the Lethal 70 for doubles. It is extremely fast, very slightly head heavy, and very very powerful. The Tantrum 300 essentially plays as a lighter, less stiffer version of the Lethal 70. This usually means easier to produce power, albeit in a less raw form. Anyhow, you should take a look at both rackets. Either will present an excellent choice for doubles.

i agree on what he said although i think the lethal series are more suitable for singles play
in Msia, most probably you can get L60 and Tantrum 200
L70 is for america, europe and singapore market
if you want fast swim, get the 4u version of Tantrum should do it
lethal 4u is quite rare in Msia though

so ....the Tantrum 200 and Tantrum 300 play different??? what is the spec for both??? i would like to get a 3U racket....4U is not that great.....
Being Edgesaber10 , Apacs visible hollow 1800 , AMP 90 user before (since 2007) , but switch to Gosen 6900 since end of 2009 until now , but too bad gosen 6900 is out of production , so can't get spare one , so would like to looking for Apacs OWN modal (not the clone one)
so would like find something tat 84~86g , 290 BP.....is that Tantrum 200 fixed my needed??

isn't that 4u?
3u is less than 90g if im not mistaken..no?
if you want 290BP..it would be lethal series
tantrum is 285 +- 5
basically i think t200 and t300 is the same
i'm not too sure but the case might be similar with L60 and L70
they're made for different regions hence the different model
if there are differences, it would be very minor
