i found the clones too light. well it's good for defense since easy to maneuver but seems to lack in attack due to lightweight. i would say getting the mid range Tantrums which i think definitely play better than the clones..well that's personal

I just got my Tantrum200 yesterday. I will string it on Sunday and play on Tuesday. Now thinking of which LiNing string to go with my T200.

How abt Lether 8 or Lether 9? Is the Lether series is clone racket as well?
I just went to a old shop in my town area. Sell more than 10 models of Apacs which made me very blur....roughly i can remember are Stenter 363, xxx power 1080 and 1180...Lether 8 and Lether 9, etc...I was wanted to buy but when I was looking at all the rackets and undecisive, the boss said something to turn me away from him...."Apacs best racket period and can take 36lbs...all the rackets are the same...choose the one look good to you...only coloring made them look different...."
Alamak...how can I buy racket from him...? No free bag and hand grid somemore......
Btw, I did not see any Tantrum series there....may I know what is the list price in RM for this racket?
Thanks guys....

According to my friend who swears by the Lethal 11 , he did mentioned that the tapered frame is somehow similar to Victor's technology , tantrum series is very hard to find in SG or Malaysia.

Feather Light 200
Been using it once. And chipped the chrome paint in 4 places.
The lightest racket I have used. before stringing, it is at 68g.
My friend tried it, and he likes it alot.
On the frame stamped 'Offensive', it shaped like Lethal series. So light that I missed the shuttle. Alot of wrist work.
Anyone using it? Can share their experience.

Hi ppl,
Finally i finish reading this thread from page 1.......Seem the best choice of affordable clone is still N900P....
Ok, currently using YangYang Tatic 9000 3U racket. In my hand, a so so player like me, sometime i can give nice netpaly and dropshot but away smashing with ultra-sharp in front me or straight flying birdie.....
I still got a old Corbonex 9 (black) in 2U which is belong to my father...later will know if i can handle it...
So I feel i shd try some other rackets to see what my style is....thinking to get the N900P Red for attacking and a N900P White for defend
I got this ideal is base from : Red is box-frame head heavy for power and White is Aerodynamic frame for fast-swing...(Am I rite?)
Thinking to strung my N900P Red at 24lbs and White with 25lbs....
Do you guy think it is good ideal?
Any other suggestions in the similar price point?

Why go for clone, top up a bit, find and buy any of the Apacs non - clone, original series of rackets that fits your requirements i.e Tantrum, Lethal, Visible Hollow, Stern. Its worth investing, especially the high end rackets as they are very good both in quality and performance. Apacs R & D way forward direction is currently focusing more towards producing their own original line of affordable and quality series of rackets rather than clones.
