Couldn't agree more with above point and greatly appreciate that.

I been there, impulsive purchase a racket without having proper technique.

It's just that with my progress in badminton, I've concluded that my game play always lack of power generated due to the racket's flex.
A Yonex racket that I'm using is medium stiff rated but it differ with an Apac medium stiff that I used the other game, given that both were strung at the same tension and using same string as well.

Anyway, I could feel this Lethal 9 have sort of bouncy feel.
That's why I'm on the verge of replacing my current racket and seeking an advice.
Any other Apac's series that are medium flex?

Why is it showing that I need moderator permission when I'm posting?

    I'll re-reply again then.

Yes I been there once and impulsively I bought a racket which was quite expensive and not having proper technique.

Just that as my game progress now, I'm able to reach almost all the birdie and clearing it.
But for now as I tried different racket, I realised that my current racket is not giving what I want.

This lethal 9 is giving me such pleasure that I decided to get one.
I don't mind shelling more more to get a better racket that could last probably longer.

Anyway, which of the other Apac's racket that are medium flex?

I understand pretty well about above point and couldn't agree more with it.
    Been there, done that.

Just that as my game progressing, I'm starting to know my limitation and trying to get a easier to use racket.

A Yonex medium flex and an Apac medium flex are 2 different things, well IMO from trying out the Lethal 9 vs Muscle Power 45.

That's the reason I'm getting a replacement for my current racket.
Which of the other Apac's series are mostly medium flex?

    All,
I am thinking of buying apacs own model again. I am leaning towards either Lethal 90 or Slayer 99. Currently I am primarily playing with Apacs T200 for double and Lethal 50 for single. I play doubles more than singles. I am also intrigued with Finapi 88 and 80 on ebay.

    should I go with Slayer 99 3U or Lethal 90 3U?

am using slayer 99 2U, best racket i've used. lethal 90 doesnt have the extreme power frame though, only the slayer 99 and lethal 100 has it. slayer 99 good for both singles and doubles, even balanced, just nice for me.

2U? isn't that so heavy for doubles?

well its even balanced, so in terms of maneuverability it isnt bad. the overall weight is slightly heavier, so the shoulders tend to hurt after 4-5 sets, but tolerable for doubles. the extra power is worth it. besides, my defense is quite bad, so this racket and a lighter racket wouldnt be much different in terms of defense. hahaha

I am looking for Finapi 88 and see Finapi 88, the Yonex Voltric 80 Clone and Finapi 80, the Meteor X80 Victor Clone. Has anybody tried Finapi 80 and give a comparison with Finapi 88?

Clones.. Clones ... Clones... It is not enough to compare the real thing Voltric 80 vs. Meteor X80 and now we have clones of each. So intrigued! ~$USD 40.00 each on Ebay + $9 shipping from Malaysia (ProAce and Badminton bay).

Finapi88 is a joke. It's not even head heavy. Only the color is the same as YY vt80, nothing else is. The only good thing is that it is far more affordable than the YY.

I do not understand; Does Apacs 'claim' that the F88 is the clone of the YYVT80? If so they shud aim at making it the same in all ways not only in color, or else their reputation as a clone manufacturer will soon fail.
