Hello Cole,
I have 3 Tantrum 300's, and i just bought the Tantrum 500 at 26lbs NGB-95, played about 8 games, love the racquet , smash and mid court fantastic for me , the tantrum 300 is great for clearing.. Has APACS replaced the 500 and how has it performed so far? ..thanks ..Duyen

hey guys,
How does the Tantrum 300 compare to the Lethal 90 in terms of balance ? Not sure which one of them is the most headheavy after reading many reviews. Thanks!

Please suggest if the following are of good choices ..
My friend's budget is low, but wants APACS racket with good/massive power.
Do you think Nano 900s or Stern 909 offensive are good choices? Do you think they have lots of vibration issues? Any other suggestions? Thanks,

HERE is the Picture of my Tantrum 500 International.
BASED ON THE FLEX-STIFF chart, the racket is rated at Stiff (About the same rating as the Slayer 99)
APACS website states the racket is only medium stiff.... I think APACS made an error in the website!

That chart on the racquet is so misleading, I wish they would go back to a number rating. If you have medium in the middle of the line that would make the position that the T500 is in medium stiff.
It definitely feels more flex compared to my old Lethal 70 and a bit more flexible compared to my Kason F9.

if not mistaken the t500 is rated at 8.0-8.5. slayer 99 is 7.0-7.5, which is stiff or extra stiff if compared to other brands. so the t500 should be just stiff or just medium.

The good range of offensive apac racquets
-lethal 7 offensive
-lethal 70
-lethal 90
-tantrum 200
-tantrum 500
-visible hollow 1800
-slayer 88
-slayer 99
The rest im not sure, try not get those copy version of yonex/victor etc. They tend to have bad vibration control. Get 1 of the above and u wont go wrong with it according to ur requirement. Just check their stiffness though see which 1 suits ur fren

Can anyone recommend me an apacs 3u racket that is head heavy? (i dont want high end models)
I play singles and doubles. I just need a racket that is maneuverable but still have some power.
Thanks

why don't you get from Apacs Canada which is closer to New York so you can save shipping cost? if you want my recommendation, don't get L70 because it is really to crack, i have had four L70 and three has cracked and my current one
is not far from cracking. you are better getting the Slayer 99 or lethal 90 which are more tougher.

i think most of low end Apacs rackets are 4U, even Lurid is 4U. i think you are better getting lurid.
