Any computer guru out there? I need some help. It happens only when I'm in Badminton Central website.

Everytime I click on "go back one page" arrow two, three times it kicks me out with the following error message and I'd have to restart the computer.

Firefox.exe has generate errors and will be closed by windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created.

Can someone tell me what it is and how do I fix it?

    Thanks,

One of your extensions or your profile has likely become bugged.

The best thing to do is go to the firefox help page and navigate the mozilla database. Try re-installing firefox... if it doesn't work, you'll have to create a new profile, which is a tricky task. However, on the site they have guides to thelp you through it.

Thanks. I tried re-installed firefox but still not working. I'll either create a new profile or avoid clicking on the back arrow button.

i suggest you do create a new profile... it's a bit of a hassle to re-configure everything, but other problems will start cropping up if you don't.

    Hi,

    1) What version of Firefox you have? (try to get the latest)
    2) What OS you running on?
    3) What version of Java runtime environment you have? (try to get 1.5 or above)
