If people started training with heavy weights like that for Badminton :D, theyll have too strong a muscle and too heavy, tight to move around the court. Id rather stay in slim shape and work on my agility and fitness.

well I hope someones out there workin that hard for badminton.

    thanks for your retrospect though.

I'm really looking forward to that movie actually. The premise is kinda dumb, but rocky's been more about the struggle and the spirit than it's ever been about storyline.

I use the Rocky theme as my cellphone's alarm ring, it helps me to wake up in the morning :D

I'd suggest Will Smith's Pursuit of Happiness, at least you don't know what the storyline is like. For ol' Rocky, it'll be box box box. Kind typical. Its time to try something new.

I went to see Rocky, and actually, the boxing part took up the minority of the movie. It was more about Rocky giving lessons on life and showing how he uses his charisma to sorta get people to beleive.

I think maybe this is what they intended, I mean, it's not called Rocky 6, it's called "Rocky Balboa" as if it's to emphasize the human behind the legend.
