    Hi Badminton Addicts,

I will be going to Hong Kong in Feb. Very excited !! I have done my research in the forum and have come up with the shops below which are recommended.

My main objective will be buying myself the Mizuno Wave Smash. Secondary objective would be to scout for another racket either another Mp99 or a SOTX Woven 9 or d900.

I have read that Racketshop stocks the SOTX rackets so I will most probably go there to have a look. Do they sell Mizuno shoes as well?

To help me save some time (so that i can do more shopping ehhehe), I am hoping anybody would be able to advise which shop I can go to straight away to get my shoes and racquet(s) in one go. If possible could i get some prices as well please?

Is the range at Master Keen huge and the price difference worth the travel because I am going to Ocean Park but if it is about the same then I might as well get everything at Mong Kok. I will list the shops below from what I have found in the forums, if i have any addresses wrong or missed out on any, please let me know.

    Thanks again everybody!!!

41 Parkes Street, Jordan, Hong Kong.

    Walk straight ahead(

    Thanks Dan,

I will definitely pay Mister Keen a visit. :)

Anybody have an idea on the prices these items in HK at the moment?

    1. mizuno wave smash S1/S2
    2. mp99
    3. woven 9

Btw my HK friends have advised me to change my money in HK because the rate is better compared to here in Melbourne Australia. Anybody have any recommendations for money changers? I will be staying in Wan Chai for 3 nights, going to China for 3 nights and then back to TST for 3 nights ehehhe :).

    Thanks again everybody !!

Inskysports moved to new location..... I will try to get the english address and post here.

Luxis also has a new shop in Mongkok, so you need not to travel to Jordan.

I don't know where Mr. Keen is located, I just contact Sam Lok of Mister Keen and have him ship stuff to me in the U.S.

:p I should never recommend Mister Keen to you. Now, you are scooping up all the classic rackets (racquets) like no tomorrow :p.

Yes, it is but a fair walk! I would estimate 20+ mins from Ocean Park if you know the route. Best to take a taxi, it is only a short ride.

How to get there from other places depends on where are you coming from !?;)

    Hi Cheung,

Thanks for the advise. I am staying at Wan Chai and will be travelling from there to Ocean Park. I figured I could try to get to Mr Keen after that :).

Does Mr. Keen have an e-mail add? I was thinking of e-mailing the store before leaving for HK to check if they have stock of the items I would be looking for.

    Thanks !!!

    Hi Jeffield,

It has been said many times in the forums that the stores in HK dont release prices over the phone :). I would not even bother calling any of them. Maybe if you ask them if they have stock then I think they would be able to tell you something. I think the market is so competitive there, they will definitely not give any prices over the phone even if you are calling from Canada!!!..... For me, I am just going to pop in and negotiate from there. If a shop does not have what I need then :) I will go to another shop hehehe. So dont get angry mate !!

    Regards
