bg 80 best yonex string?

    i heard that bg 80 has high repulsion good durability and holds tension quite well :eek: bg 66 has great repulsion but durability and holding tension is bad. bg65 has great durability but low repulsion...:confused: izzit true that it is the best string for yonex?? first post in this forum btw ^^ :)

    I don't know if BG80 is the best, but I stayed with BG80 after trying many kinds of strings.

    what you say is exactly right. though the best string for you is whatever features are best suited for me. For me, because I'm not notorious for snapping strings, and I do restring myself whenever it has lost too much tension. For those reasons, for me bg66 is best (though ashaway strings are getting close to changing my mind).

    When comparing those 2 strings, you are absolutely right.
    But me personally prefer BG85 although it has even a shorter life span that BG80.

    I wouldn't say that BG80 is the best string but it is the most populr based on Yonex and the study done at the Badmintoncentral.com

    Overall, BG80 is a very good string. Whether it's the best or not, depend on your preference.
