Just want to first express that I am not affiliated with this store and have no vested interest in it - just sharing a good experience with others. At the recommendations made by some BC members, especially Dink, I decided to try Superfeet Green insoles and the Wilson Xtra Tack grip, and it just so happened that I found both at this well-stocked online store. Prices were great, the shipping was a low flat rate, and the delivery itself was blazing fast. A few days later I also bought a pair of court shoes from them, which unfortunately did not fit me properly. Regarding a refund customer service was easy to reach, very accomodating and polite - a rare occurence nowadays. However, the store does not carry a badminton selection, so I decided to write an email to commend the service and ask about future plans to expand into badminton products. They phoned personally to thank me for the feedback and to acknowledge my request as they said they will share it with other customers on their mailing list to check demand. I want to encourage others that have had a good experience with this store to email them about aquiring a badminton selection.
