    hey..
i was just wondering on how do i train my footwork so that it is fast and doesnt make noise. I noe it's using the ball of your feet but i just cant do it.

Because now my problem is my footwork are fast but it makes a lot of sound as if an elephant jumping around the court. people says that i can train my speed much easier if my footworks doesnt create ,much noises. So how should i train to make my footwork fast and no sound? thx..

a little tip-toe will help you move faster and more silent around the court..:) what i mean is, the body weight musn't be focused on your heels..:)

    try this:
do some shadowing (just do footwork to the corners, no shuttle) and focus specifically on not making noise...(even on jumping landing), focus on total body control...

bets done in a silent gym...if possible

Jump rope to be lighter on your feet.

    Definitely agreed, good advice.

Also, you can do fast-feet/footfire drills like running in a crouch position in place or jumping laterally over lines. You do these as fast as possible trying to have as little contact with the floor as possible.

And as mentioned above, shadow footwork with specific concentration on reducing stomping will really help. Although admittedly, I'm completely flatfooted, and also have that problem... and no amount of agility training or practice has been able to change that.
