Any BC forumer friends in this? My first match would be on 6 Jan 07 at 1815 at the Hong Kong Park Sports Complex. Would anyone be there? I'm in Mens Double Div E.

Apparently my club has won their division - but I didn't even play a match. So I have been promoted:crying: I think I can reclaim my 'no grade status' if I never even got to the court. Now, just need to find out the name of the club I am supposed to have registered with....

    Hi Red,

Yeah... congrats man!!! Lost our 1st and 2nd match already (my groups have 4 teams you see). Played really awful, hope you weren't there to watch me.

Next and final match coming Sunday morning at Lai Chi Kok. No pressure. May be we will win....

I'm not chosen by my team this year. Maybe because I threw my racket onto the ground after loosing a game last year!!!!

Hey guys, may be we should talk to Kwun and get his idea on forming Team BadmintonCentral for the HK Doubles League. We can get a Div E and a Div D team in. Thing is... we need 4 pairs per team so have we got 16...?

Yeah, you are right man, we'll definitely ruin it... :D . They'll create a "Div F" next year... just for us

So let's see if HK BC forumers would be interested next year.

By the way, good luck with your match today. Let me know how it went.

You know, there are always "partners" who always pinpoint your faults and forget theirs !! I would accept any comments in positive ways. Partners should encourage each other during the game and should not blame on each other verbally or non-verbally.

I always try to keep up my "parnters" spirits when they lose a point during the game but in return, I was always get blamed (verbally or non-verbally) from them when I miss a point. When I get a point or even win a game, some partners never try to congratulate/encourage with me.

It's unfair and very disencouraging you know:mad:

There's a Chinese saying, "It's difficult to be a good man". I really wish I could meet more "good men" from other teams.

I know, but I guess those kinda "partners" are only minorities. Therefore, choose a new partner for your next match! And I think u really need that Scott!

As a small potato in the team, I don't have a say on which guys I would like to play with. In short, I have no choice:crying:

Lately, the chairman told me to get training under a coach with 3 other teamates (I don't why he still ask me to train if I'm not chosen to play in the League). And I was told to be trained with the same partner:mad:

just make a suggestion to the chairman whether you can have a try with different teamates.;) you know, you can't win without a trusty partner!
he sent u to a coach because he saw your potential so, just keep your spirit up and beat that "big mouth guy"!:D
