no, doesn't really matter then, if you want a bit better performance you can go ahead and restring though.
BTW, higher end rackets don't come pre-strung in US, I suppose because players want their string/tension of choice. If you don't have enough experience to know what works for you, then don't bother. You can experiment later when string breaks.
i keep my strings for a while then cut themand restring, most rackets come strung at about 20lbs i like my rackets at 25-26lbs so rearly its personal preference
Most UK players will play with default strings until they snap one, you could perhaps benefit from a restring (standard string tensions tend to range from 16-24lbs) but then again you may not.
It is entirely up to you. The original strings are just fine for most players. I feel they typically have a tension of around 21 lbs, maybe 22 lbs. If you prefer a higher tension, then you may wish to restring, since the difference can be very noticeable. I play at 25 lbs, so I restring new rackets immediately. (Not that this often happens, because I rarely buy rackets). Note that the strings may never snap. If you want to change your strings or tension, bear this in mind. Once a racket has dropped below about 22 lbs tension, the strings will never snap for me.
