i have a quyestion abt the x and s version of this racket
if someone was to rate the racekts on flex based on a scale of 1-10
wt would be s and wt would be x compare to mp99 as 7ish and cab 30 as 6

The flex of this racket is different from previous rackets. IMO, you have to try it by yourself. IMO, the elastic-Ti made the performance differ from other rackets, and that's why we can't easily compare them.

    Here's my scale.

Assuming all new rackets, 1 to 10, 10 being stiffest:

    3U NS9000-X = 9.0
    3U MP99 = 7.5-8.0
    3U NS9000-S = 7.5
    3U Cab30MS = 5.5-6.0

Sure you can, if you are just comparing stiffness. :)

Where would you rate 4U AT800D? 3U MP99 is my main racket and it suits me in every aspect. I recently got a 4U AT800D and found it to be much stiffer than the MP99. Thx.

I also have both the MP99 3U and AT800DE 4U. But there are of very similar stiffness to me. I really don't find any problem switching from MP99 to AT800DE.

I just got the 4U 800D, so haven't played w/ it a lot. My (limited) initial experience w/ it is the feel and timing of it is certainly different from the 3U MP99. Its too quick on the flicks and drives and I had trouble controlling it. Its not a bad thing if its quick, all I am saying is its different than the MP99.

I'd stay the AT700 and AT800-OF is about as stiff as the the MP99 and N9000-S.

The AT800-DE is about as stiff as the Cab 30MS.

NS9000X is extremely stiff & when you play with it, the racket feels very "heavy" because of that; It is definitely not a beginner racket.
NS9000S is much more user friendly to use on court.

i dunno about heavy, but i know it wasnt that hard to use. i tried my friends ns9k type X, strung with BG68Ti at 23lbs. ive never used a racket with that high a tension before. highest i have ever used is 20lbs. so immediately you would think, k wont use it very well. well i just hit around with it, and heck i was fine. played normally with it like any other racket. no mishits, didnt hit the frame or anything. also i have never used a racket with that kind of stiff rating. the racket i normally use is a cab8200, so you can see the difference. only thing i noticed about the stiffness was how well it transferred power. it was quite amazing...

    LOL! :D

personly i prefer the 9000x (as im getting one soon, stupid delivery.) i like stiffer raquets as i fell that im putting all of the energy i put into the stroke into the shot, if that makes sense. i feel that flexy raquets soften the
    force of my swing.

Not me, I love headlightedness and even balanced rackets. I find it hard to adapt to heavy rackets.. I dont play with headheavy rackets or ones that are over 90g
