Here's a picture of Joko.. I love it, so damn cute, with his eyes open.

HAHA, finally a picture where he has his eyes open.
I remember Jens and Tarek. I don't know them personally but I saw them at the Copenhagen Masters. Maybe I saw you too, I don't know. Were you talking to Hafiz at one point close to the stairs on the 28th of December ?
I just remember that I wanted his autograf, but a girl with black hair talked to him. But to think about it there were a couple of chinese girls. One of them cheering when Jonassen played.

I'm not quite sure, but maybe. If you were with the players then I've definitely seen you. I'm new here in the forum, so I didn't have a chance to recognize you.
I actually just read the thread about Copenhagen Masters. Sounds like you had fun. How did you communicate with Joko for 4.30 hours if he didn't speak english ?
Was it a tåger-snak? I don't know if you speak danish, but tågersnak.

Well, welcome to BC - It's a wonderful place.
Joko's English was quite lousy and he absolutely didn't want to speak at all. I always happened to sit right next to him though, so Malaysian and Indonesian players like Hafiz, Simon, Flandy etc kinda forced him to speak English with me. But he was so shy..
Some of us gave him a nickname - Joko Bodoh - since he didn't want to speak. Hahaha. Poor Joko.
Well, later some of us went to party with the players, and Joko opened up totally.. Talked NON-STOP. Everyone went to sleep already, and he was still talking, talking and talking with me until next morning..
He told me that he will learn English from CPH Masters onwards, so that it would be easier for him to communicate with me next time we meet - which is All England 2007 in a month. Hahaha. Must check if his English has improved, don't expect much though.

Was he shy ? , I remember that I saw him on TV the first day in Copenhagen Masters and I thought like - in real life it must be Gunawan that is the talking part in their partnership quite unlike Joko, but I guess everyone can keep on talking once they get comfortable.
Well, it could also be that you were drunk ? I remember I read somewhere you were drunk. , so maybe an extra crazy talk.
I think it's sweet that he wanted to learn english just to talk to you.

I was only a bit drunk while clubbing, not afterwards when we talked. Aiyo.. as I said, no expectations. They also dunno how to use computers. Faint. Hopefully they will learn soon.. Don't be so lazy..

Don't they know how to use computers?
Sorry, if I ask many questions but it is always interesting to know what has happened during tournaments. ,

gila, gendeng, bodoh .... wow .... you really chose the best words in the whole language to learn!

True .. at the beginning Joko was very shy ahahahha .. well after he wasn't at all LOL .. Actually it's maybe because joko doesn't speak english very well . he understands some but it's hard for him to reply whereas hendra does speak quite well english therefore he's more open =p
Dreamzz ahahaahhaha .. it's not really our fault because they only learn us those words ahahha so it became Joko bodoh, Yanyan Gendeng, Flandy jelek, Hendra Gila .. etc ahhahaha
