i tried the ns9k typeS b4...hmmm...i tink its more of a offensive racket than a defensve rackets...it delivers powerful smashes if u can flex the racket and hit the right conract point. personally i feel its for singles as it is rather stiff...too slow for doubles.
All of this is dependent on the skill level of the player. I do own and use the NS9K S myself. It is very good for doubles and singles.
lol...agree with mat...just tt i feel tt defending is abit slow...but its a great racket overall...=)
