It's been mentioned that the University has a club but I was curious if anyone on this board plays there? Does anyone have any first hand experience as to how the club is run? Members' skill level, etc? THanks
The skill level various. For women, the skill level is not too high but there are a few players that make it to quarter and semifinals in provincial A and some that do well in B. As far as men go, there are quite a few who do very well in A, although usually losing to the club players in the semifinals, etc. There are a few irritating drafts there sometimes, but most of the time, the courts aren't a problem. Nick Rush runs it and he's fantastic and fun, and it's a great program!
Sounds like a nice place to play. I'm just starting out and so I don't quite know where my skill is at. I'll look into UofW thanks. Do they play weekends?
Hey times at the UofW to play are Sundays 6-9 and Tuesdays 7-10, a few more people wouldnt be bad but Nick keeps good track of the people who play so he doesnt want to many in the club. c ya round
