Everyone has always been asking what your current racket is, etc. I just thought that it would be interesting to know what you think your NEXT racket would be. I'm currently using the MP77 and an Adonex MP Ti-10. If I were to buy a new racket, it would probably be a Carlton AS-Ti.
Hahaha!! I was expecting this to be your post! Sold off all the rackets and bring in a new batch! Well, my next racket, you would know...... The Victor Super Ti-5. We didn't get to go stringing today, Iris had something on so we're going another time..... Anyway, i'm currently using my beloved Ti-10. The other 1, 2 or 3 rackets in my bag that morning will depend on my mood. Tomorrow its gonna be the Victor Super Ti-5, (After i string it ), the MP100 and maybe the Iso Tour 300
Another Iso 600 with BG-65 strings at 19 or 20 pounds to match the one in my bag now. I started using this racquet in July after having it in my bag for abt 4 months, and really like it. Makes a nice sharp POW! when I smash or clear, and is easy to maneuver at the net if I grip it abt halfway up the handle.
I think Shaun learned his lesson. Where did you get the racquet Shaun? Lees or Yo's? I'm still after a ISO800 but hard to find in T.O. Lee's wants $198 not including string as I phoned them on Friday. That is a SP version also. I can get a CP/CN version for less then that on the ISO800 in HK.
i got the cab from Yo's. it has a TH serial number OoOoOo. it feels much more solid on impact than the mp77 ever did.
Shaun, are you sure you didn't get ripped off with another fake? Yonex's website doesn't list any 3U Cabs, nor have they ever made any in the past. Is this a new development that has just been introduced for the Asian markets?
Excellent question! Definitely going to get a second MP100 as a spare. Also, will look at the following for variety: * MP77, similar length, head etc to the MP100 with slightly less head-heavyiness might be a good thing to have in the bag. * Carlton AB900--for its head speed and because I think it looks great. * Prince Triple Threat--can't find one in Australia to try out, but my son's cheaper Prince is great and I'd like to have a top of the line one. By that time the MP100 replacement will be out!
