If you want to keep in great physical condition, remember to sign
up for the group badminton lessons at TROUT LAKE COMMUNITY CENTER. The group lesson will start from 11:30 AM - 3:30 PM on Sunday January 14, 2007. There are group lessons for youth (5-11 year of age), Youth (12-15), Adult for beginner and Intermediate as well.

The group lessons are conducted by a certified regional badminton coach, and this is a great way to learn your basic badminton skills which will allow you to be a better player. Please call in or visit for registeration!!!
