this is what happened to my racquet this week when i smashed :(:(

now, my friends told me to get it back to the store cause its probably a manufacturer defect.. problem is, i lost my bill :crying:
my friends told me to tell them that i bought it there and since its a CD coded racquet, they would ship it for me.. It was bought a lil less than a year ago and it got some scratches on the frame.. i want to ask, how high are the chances that i ll get a new one from yonex?? i m asking this because i want to have a clue before going to the store
    thanks everyone

Edit: dunno if its the good section for this post, move it if wrong

if you don't have a bill stating when you bought it, chanes are very low you'll get a new one.

but, Yonex Canada is known for its generosity so i guess its worth a try.

Or if you used a credit card to purchase the racket and you go to the store and ask if they have records, then you may be able to pull it off.

    GOod luck~

no, because there is nothing major wrong with it, Yonex don't replace scratched up racket.

hint: if u want advice, tell us what's wrong with it. Don't just slap a pic and expect a good advice.

I had my Armortec 800 OF replaced twice by Yonex Canada because it broke at the 12 o'clock position on the head (fracture).

Yonex Canada has an excellent warranty.

Nearly a year ago, I had a problem which looks quite similar to yours with a racket. I got a new one from Yonex Germany without the bill.

Good luck, Yonex are better than some at replacing defective equipment.

if you want to save the hassel, you can just glue it back on with epoxy. These cones are never glued on tightly by yonex. on most yonex racquets, the cones will come off with moderate force.
