Possible cause of my injury

    ive been recently using one of my rackets strung with ashaway micropower at 26lbs for about 3 weeks now. n apart from the first week , everytime i play ive been having muscle injuries in my arm which require me to rest for about a week b4 continuing my training.b4 this , i used bg66 at 26lbs so it might not be the tension. im in form 3 n i got a tournament coming up..wouldn want to b injured. any help would be appreciated. thanks n regrds

    Maybe you have overused your muscle. Make sure to stretch before and after the game too. I have arm muscle strain all the time when playing too much esspecially smashing training or competition. If it still hurts during a tournament just use a pain relief spray or patches, thats what i usually do.

    i stretch b4 n after every training session. so im just confusd. mayb im doing it right or sumthing. anyway , thanks

    What sort of muscles injuries?
    Overstrain , tear ,pain or soreness?

    Did you do something extra that you don't usually does?
    Best bet is to consult a doctor or your coach.
